The "Real Name" input field need to be fileld out with Chinese Symbols.
So what we are going to do is just copy any chinese symbols from the page and paste it into the real name field. If it got accepted, you will see the Check, wich indicates the input as vaild.
To Get a vaild ID Number you need to generate one.
Check that you are using a 18Numbers ID.
ID Generator
1) Select the same Sex as you selected at the Registration Page.
2) Enter the same birthday as you enterd at the ID Registration Page.
3) Hit the generate Button!
4) Enter the red 18 digit code into the ID Number field.

You also can create an account without ID, you have to select Child, instead of Adult and leave the ID field blank.
It will automaticly check the ID field as Correct.
If all inputs on your page are Checked as vaild, and you entered the Confirm Code, hit the "OK" button at the bottom of the page.
After this is all finished press the orange button at the bottom.
All the details you have entered will pop up. Example below
